Who is phill?
My fitness journey began in high school when my parents finally gave me the green light to start lifting weights(they delayed my gains man). For the next four years, I immersed myself in athletic training for football and track. Although high school sports eventually came to a close, my passion for fitness continued. I continued to build on my physique and very recently embarked on a new chapter by diving into combining power-building and endurance sports.
I've always been a hard gainer, which meant I was pretty skinny for most of my life. After high school, I delved deeply into nutrition, learning which foods would be best suited towards my goals. This focus on nutrition quickly transformed not only my well-being but also my physique. These days, I fuel my workouts with healthy foods that keep me feeling great throughout the day. Dont get me wrong, I’ll 100% mess up some pizza or pasta on the weekends but at the end of the day its all about finding balance (EVERYTHING IN MODERATION)
Currently I hold my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM CPT). I specialize in weightlifting, muscle building, strength training, gaining and losing weight, body composition and now as I enter the world of endurance sports, I strive to learn more and more to help others find a balanced and healthy lifestyle that suits them best
